For its 5th edition, the Better Society Academy is coming to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, bringing together 30 motivated changemakers in the field of Arts and Culture.
In a world facing growing social, political, and environmental challenges, this masterclass will explore how art, in all of its forms, can be a catalyst for real and lasting social impact.
Who should apply?
This masterclass is open for changemakers who use creative approaches to tackle social challenges. You might be a social entrepreneur, designer, or a creative practitioner who leads projects with a community impact, or focusing on initiatives that contribute to a more equitable society.
The Better Society Academy is open to diverse sectors and
backgrounds (no degrees or special accolades required). Selected
recipients receive accommodation, full programme access and group
meals. Travel fees are not included.

For changemakers who demonstrate the ability to turn an idea into a structured, scalable, and systemic initiative.

For projects that aim to bring places to life through action, care, and imagination.
