You are required to send an official request at least a month before your planned check-out date. Please submit your request here. Cancellation requests by any other means will be deemed invalid.

In the Netherlands, Italy and Germany, the maximum duration of a stay is 12 months. Please note that extending your stay beyond this established period will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation without prior notice. For example, if you stayed at The Social Hub Amsterdam City for 10 months and you book an additional 5-month stay, the entire 5-month stay will be cancelled without notice.

The check-in and check-out dates of your student stay cannot be modified. You can, however, book a hotel stay or extended stay if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later.

You can do this via our website or send an early arrival request to our reservations department at reservations@thesocialhub.co, based on availability. Please note that the maximum duration of a stay in the Netherlands, Italy and Germany is 12 months.
